I am writing to complain about the service and wrong information that the personal provided to me when I did the photo session in Sydney CBD. To clarify, before I purchased the pack I asked the staff if can I download the photos because I would like to share them with my family, their response was yes you can and they gave me the card with the bardcode. it was a big surprise to me when I tried to download them and I couldn't. when I called the office the recepcionist said "I'm sorry, the only thing we can do is refund your money, otherwise if you want the photos you have to pay $25 over"

Got photos of my children with Santa at the Myer Frankston store last year , they were so wonderful that lm going again this year,great Christmas gift for grandparents and fantastic keepsake, staff were amazing with my daughter who was quite shy of Santa at first,but with their friendly attitude and patience, we ended up with the most adorable photo's...Thanks
