My family and I inspected a place at Molendinar on a Tuesday, we filled out the application the same day and by Friday Kathi rang and let us know our application was approved. In the current rental market situation this was above and beyond our expectations, as I've heard of some places taking weeks to review applications let alone get back to you. Kathi was absolutely lovely, friendly and easy to have a conversation with on the phone every time I spoke to her, and she was extremely helpful with the few questions I asked.

These guys have been managing our lease/property for years. Always found them to be excellent and very professional. Why I like them? Payments/rents always arrive on time, detailed statements, inspections carried out on a timely manner, repair quotes are always excellent value (they probably go through a lot of trades people over the years and keep the good ones).

I applied for a property at 7 Oakridge Pl Molendinar through real-estate. I received a phone call the next day from the property Manager Kathi Kinder to be told that my application is very strong, and that she has put a very big tick towards my application, due to having an excellent rental ledger to my name, and working history and references, and I was told by Kathi not to apply for any other properties until she calls me back to organise to take me through and inspect the property, as my chances are very good at getting the property. We have had our rental property with Moran Realty for over 6 and a half years now and we cannot fault the service we have had. The communication has been fantastic between our property manager, tenants and to us. They always understand our wishes in relation to the property and are great on advice with any change of tenants, rent increase, and other matters which impact our property.
