So the reception guy told me to come and collect my car at 10:10 because by that time the test drive will be finish
So I went there and waited for extra 40 minutes and each time he was telling me that the guy took it for a test drive I said what kind of test drive it is because it took almost 1 hour and then he admitted that the guy is just collecting some parts for our other car 😡
And when i took my car to test drive it wasn’t even fixed
Please don’t ever think of going to this unprofessional and rude guys even my car have got extra noice after them checkin it

Called the boys today and just needed some tyres fitted and balanced along with a puncture repair, great pricing and managed to squeeze me in for a booking which helped a lot as I needed to be able to get my ute back on the road ! For anything to do with wheels and tyres, come down to Continental in Dandenong !

I don't know why this place has 5 star review .I won't give any star as such a bad customer service and don't tell you probably regarding charges .Hey guys stay away from this shop.
Regarding to your latest and quick response you're the doggy at first place didn't explained to me that how much you will going to charge us if car will not pass the roadworthy paid $180 for nothing.

We must be the unlucky one given all the great reviews being shown here!! Very bad experience for us. Basic customer service = 0, lack of communications, didn't follow the order instructions (you need to keep calling/reminding them the job details), said they would call back, never call back (3 times for one single job). This overall experience suggests that perhaps if you order the tyres through them, the service would be better.

Very Happy with Continental Tyres Service. Having been to a few "dodgier" mechanics in dandenong, Continental was such a refreshing experience. Filled in request a quote from their website for car service and I was sent a detailed quote for all the work required (with or without service), with all the cost options broken down for me. After an honest and straight forward phone call, I decided to get the full works done. I'll highly recommend them to all my friends in Melbourne.
