Alex and team are fantastic. Knowledgeable, fair and can't stress enough the high quality of service - they made sure they got to the root of the problem rather than simply replacing the parts. Are great to deal with and cuts to the chase. Not to mention they know their way around a Saab.

Outstanding service and quality of work. Needed an urgent roadworthy certificate and service on my VR Commodore. Alex kept me updated throughout the entire process and made a point of showing me all work that was done to the vehicle - even cleaning/repairing sections of the car that had been impacted by worn parts while staying under budget and in record time.

I was on my way to work, and my engine light had came on in my BMW X5, so I pulled over and looked up a mechanic near by, and luckily I got in touch with Alex from Auto Assuance and he said bring it in straight away, I was only 5kms from his shop.
Upon arriving to his workshop which was busy at the time, he quickly diagnose my car and I had low oil. While most mechanics would turn you away and tell you to make a booking. Alex quickly allocated a spot for me and did performed a oil change on the spot!!!! Within 45 mins of my call, I was along the way to work with a fresh oil change ! Thank you
