Both dentists I've seen have been really friendly, informative and reassuring! As someone that's had a fear of going to the dentist for years it's really nice to be able to go to a dentist surgery and not feel intimidated by the dentist 😂 receptionists are friendly too and seem to go out their way to help you. Thank you for being great x

They’re happy to take your money!! My husband rang this morning and explained he had a temporary filling from another dentist, but needed it sorting properly as it’s been causing him a lot of pain. Appointment booked at 2pm. In and out by 2:13pm, paid £23 to be told they can’t do anything as he’s not registered. Why see him in the first place then? Absolute rip, I’m livid as he’s left work early for nothing and is still in pain.

I called Epping Dental with tooth ache.. in a lot of pain. Spoke with lovely receptionist who gave me great advise and I subsequently received a triage call from the Dentist same day and with an APPT that afternoon. Whole experience was great. Dentist was caring and explained all of the process of my treatment and after care. Thank You.. I recommend this Practice
