I had a great experience at the clinic! The practice is well maintained, and I was greeted with a very friendly welcome when I came in. Dr. Chang was very professional and thorough. He explained my condition well, and gave his professional opinion, while taking into account my overall circumstances rather than simply prescribing an aggressive treatment. I would highly recommend anyone considering to attend this practice!

My sister-in-law who is a retired dentist recommended Dr. Chang to me. I am so glad I followed her recommendation. For me to travel at least an hour to get to Prime Dental says a lot about how good their service is. Their fees are reasonable and Dr. Chang is very friendly, polite and professional. He demonstrates good knowledge and communicates very well. Their clinic is clean and modern and they use advanced equipment. I could go on and on but to cut it short - this practice is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And a big THANKS to Kayla for doing such a great job as well.

The whole team here is lovely. Dr Chang explains your dental care very well and makes sure you understand your health and situation. I would highly recommend this dentist as they are very honest about their work. They give you the best care that you need instead of trying to cash in on your medicare like other dentists I have been to.

I was recommended to this dentist by my parent because they loved the service here. So I came here with my sister today and I see why my parent recommended here :-) We got everything done on spot which was very helpful. The location was perfect, easy to park car-just a little stroll from Coles car park. The dentist Dr Chang and the staff make you feel very comfortable :-)

Specially for someone like me who lost hope, here is the solution Prime Dental Epping. I truely had an amazing experience being treated by Dr Chang for my crown and filling work. Surprising as it is that I am talking about a dental visit, Dr Chang’s gentle and thorough approach definitely cleared my worries and anxiety away.
I am very glad I had my crown done by him as not only crown work is part of his specialty but he was excellent in other general dental treatment I received.

I did my due diligence and checked out their website which I must admit I was very impressed with.
