Remedial massage is a more clinical approach to identifying muscle dysfunction, and planning an effective massage treatment plan. Remedial massage can include sports massage techniques such as joint loosening and stretching, muscle testing and assessment. Massage techniques used may include a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, and Emmett Technique.

Tracey is experienced and professional. She uses an holistic approach to improving body movement and reducing pain and inflammation. I have always struggled with neck and shoulder tension, suffering from bulging discs in my neck. Tracey introduced me to hot stone remedial massage and it has been a complete game changer. I feel like its a deeper massage without the trigger point pain I occasionally got with a regular remedial massage. The results last longer for me also. Tracey is always checking in with me during and after the massage to ensure I am comfortable. I would definitely recommend a hot stone remedial massage with Tracey.

For a person who didn't really enjoy massages, I found Tracey to be very professional, explained what she was doing/why, made sure I was comfortable & I really enjoyed it! I also love her home made soaps & have found my skin to be not so dry, especially during the winter months. Thanks for everything Tracey 😀
