Your therapist will discuss and assess your needs at the time to the treatment and may employ various techniques and pressures to provide the best outcome for you. Your massage may be from a gentle and relaxing therapeutic massage to a firm or deep tissue treatment for sports or remedial massage treatment.

Finch Therapy Report

ANMF Finch Therapy is available from Aroma Touch Massage, Beauty & Remedial Therapies Centre. Finch Therapy allows your therapist to create greater flexibility in your muscles and joints through releasing muscular slings (muscle groups) using non-invasive assessment and soft tissue therapy that is safe, effective and gentle.

Massage Questions Report

By massaging the skin with firm strokes the body's circulation is stimulated, which warms and relaxes the muscle tissue. Performing this in sequence then releases the traumatised muscle groups that are creating pain within the body. Relaxation massage is using firm therapeutic strokes in a sweeping motion and is done without breaking contact with the client once massage has started.

I had a very stiff neck and shoulders and the massage was wonderful. I could have stayed on the bed all day it was so relaxing and felt much more bendy stretchy afterwards. Even if you don't have any problems I recommend it as a great present to yourself or as a gift for Mother's Day - beats flowers by miles.
