I felt Dr Ameera Parveen had no interest of patient. I felt she was more interested about explaining deals about x-trays and clean ups. I chose to go Casey Dental because I was in pain, my dentist not working till Feb. I felt she was promoting new joiners have this and that promotions??? I was in pain and she was saying there is nothing that she could see it causes pain except sometimes it happened with Sinuses. I kept telling how the pain come from this particular tooth which was filled already. she just took that filling out and put another filling, the one like that I had it already. It did

Took my kids in there three times for regular clean and check up and never come back. The service was rushed and the dentist didn’t even bothered remembering my kids’ name and no effort in building rapport. He also lectured me about not comparing my kids to others when I raised my concerns about one of my kid’s adult tooth not coming through despite my child’s age ( supposed to come through around 15 months ago). We went to another dental clinic who straight away referred us to a specialist to fix the problem. Best decision.

I would like to thank Dr. McNaughton for giving me a perfect smile. The process was seamless and the experience was great. Whenever I had an issue with my braces the team were very accommodating, even with COVID-19 lockdowns the team always kept me informed. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Dr David Abdelmelak is the absolute greatest dentist there he took his time over the weekend to remove my wisdom teeth and ensured it was absolutely painless. After I had discussed my problems with him and Joseph Hanna, and talked about about my worries to have them removed and how scared i was to have them removed, they both did everything possible to make it a painless experience. I usually see Joseph for my dental work but in this case he referred to Dr David.

Dr. Joseph Hanna is the best dentist we ever encountered specially for kids. My daughter who is 20 month old is a little bit anxious but she became comfortable after a simple chitchat. Doctor explained everything that we best interest and concerns with. He even gave our daughter a mini toothbrush toy. We really appreciate him and he deserves a 5star or more.

I was not happy with my previous dentist, so much so that I was reluctant to go for my regular checkups. One of my friends suggested I go to CDG. On my first visit a serious issue was identified and after treatment, in six months all was back to normal. I have been going to CDG for three years now and the significant; over one hour drive from Epping to Narre Warren is worth it.

Awful dentist with the 'socks' did not do the job properly took $1000 bucks only for my daughter to lose the tooth, causing more pain, agony and extra money at a more knowledgeable dentist. Constantly talking to nurse, causing patient to feel uncomfortable and awkward. Rude staff also. Do not recommend in any way. All about the $$ no duty of care.

I am very pleased and happy with the kind service Chrysi provided to my 3 year old daughter. It was her first real visit to a dentist and she actually enjoyed it! Chrysi’s professionalism and gentle care towards my girl made me feel at ease as well. We Definitely will be back again in 6 months for a checkup! Thank you.

I had a consultation with Joseph this morning for my two boys who are 2 and 6 he went above and beyond to make them both feel comfortable and had them involved during the process. Both boys were super proud afterwards and are now playing dentists and checking each other's teeth.

Paid $1300 for my crown, was ok but I don’t like the service so I won’t be back. He was treating another patient at the same time as me, so I was left waiting most of the appointment. Could hear him in the other room say to the other patient ‘sorry about the wait’ while In the middle of doing my tooth. I was so confused. Rush rush, not good.
