Dana Marie Adam, B.A., our principal psychologist, has worked with adults, children and couples across Sydney. It is a talking therapy that can help you manage your life problems. Talking and changing your behavior can change how you think (cognitive) and what you do (behaviour). This can make you feel better about life. CBT looks for practical ways to improve your state of mind on a daily basis. It deals with your current problems, rather than focusing on issues from your past as most other psychotherapies do.

I have been seeing Ms Adam for nearly 10 years now, and not only has she helped me combat trauma and depression, she has done so in a professional and friendly approached. I have seen many psychologists and psychotherapists over the years and no one has come close to her level of understanding and ability. Highly recommended
