Melinda WilliamsAfter training and working as an Early Childhood teacher in both preschools and schools Melinda ventured into the world of personal growth and kinesiology. Melinda is a Registered Specialised Kinesiology Practitioner (RSKP) with the Australian kinesiology Association and is a member of ATMS.
Dr Ron Burke developed a personal interest in golf in the early 1990's, when he started to investigate how the biomechanics of the golf swing is effected by posture and back problems.
After much research into golf biomechanics he developed a system where he has categorised the seven major golf swing faults and their causes relating to posture, muscle and spine angle faults and resulting in the unique ChiroFit Program and Get Fit to Golf, which diagnoses your swing faults online and creates a tailor-made program to correct them and greatly improve a golfers swing and game.

Assess the arch of the foot. The arch is the area indicated by red and green lines in the diagrams below. The diagrams indicate that the right arch (red) is lower than the left arch (green) on this person. Look at the inside of the foot and see if you can slide two fingers in the arch. You should comfortably be able to do so, if not the arch is collapsed and we recommend orthotics to correct this.
To help get your body into shape and maintain your fitness and well-being, you need to follow a sensible diet. This may include reducing your fat intake and cutting down on sweets, fried food and take away food, and eating more fruit and vegetables. Quick weight loss diets are not highly recommended as they seem to only be a temporary fix and quite often are not very effective, especial in the long-term.
The following article has been obtained from. The information below is contained in the booklet "Salicylates, Amines and Glutamate". This booklet, along with it's companion booklet, "The Simplified Elimination Diet" are available for interested dietitians and medical practitioners to purchase for their patients.
