Having always had a strong interest in health and wellbeing, I really wanted a career where I could help people live healthier happy lives. On researching various options, I became inspired by the unique philosophy of chiropractic.
I enrolled to learn the science and art of chiropractic in 1983 and graduated in 1988. I attended my first Gonstead chiropractic seminar in 1990. I was immediately taken by the thorough, careful analysis and the gentle finesse of this technique. I was so impressed with this approach I have dedicated my professional career to providing Gonstead chiropractic care for the benefit of my patients since that time.

Our chiropractors Scott Champion and Kiara Karayannis will do their very best to provide you with the most suitable chiropractic care for your needs.
Scott completed a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in anatomy at Sydney University in 1985 and a Graduate Diploma of Chiropractic at Sydney College of Chiropractic in 1988. After working as a busy associate in Mackay, North Queensland, Scott moved to the Central Coast and opened Champion Chiropractic Centre in 1993.
From a young age I've had a special interest in the human body and its incredible inbuilt ability to grow, develop and heal when necessary. I've been lucky to be raised by parents who are both chiropractors and so I have received regular adjustments since birth. This has resulted in my strong belief that good health comes from an optimally functioning nervous system, free from obstructions.
We reassess every patient thoroughly on every visit to determine and adapt the care required accordingly. Firstly, we want to hear your story to determine how we can best serve you. We will learn a lot just by listening to you. We will ask you for a thorough health history and about lifestyle factors such as hobbies, work, sports, stresses, and the demands you place on your body.
