I wanted to thank Dr. James Tung for doing an amazing job and for his expertise care with my root canal treatment - it was more difficult than expected even to the point that any other dentist would’ve sent me to the specialist half way through but he took his time and kept trying and was successful! Unfortunately, some aspects of the front desk service needs improvement in terms of how they are approaching their patients, their phone manner and emails not being addressed.

Bad Admin Service!!! Before I angry nobody solve the problem!!!
I called and needed a doctor to solve some urgent problem. A male receptionist said to ask the doctor and then called me back, but I waited for two hours and never received the call. I called again to ask, he didn't solve the problem and hung up my phone. I called back angrily and thought that the female receptionist had dealt with the problem. Does it have to be like this to solve the problem? !

The clinic was very clean and the equipment looked top notch. The dentist was very gentle and professional that I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort at all. She also provided me the great service to explain everything she was doing, what was needed in future visits and let me know the cost so I was able to plan out my next visits.
The reception staffs were helpful and made me feel comfortable. Will definitely be returning.

I had my wisdoms extracted at this clinic two weeks ago and I was really impressed by their professionalism and skill exhibited. I was nervous about the procedure as it was surgical, but the dentist made sure I was okay throughout the entire operation and made me feel at ease. Overall I had a really good experience and I'd definitely recommend coming here!

A korean receptionist, who looked around 50yrs old is so rude and not professional. She didn’t pay attention on customers and she was busy talking with her coworker. I asked for more explanations and She yelled and frowned at my face. What did i do wrong? Never recommend this clinic. Terrible experience.
