Today,I was denied/cancelled the appointment on-site by the facility ( Smile Avenue orthodontics).
I was enquired about any close contact to a covid-19 carrier.I told them about my situation that in a rideshare trip l dropped off a passenger at a covid test center.
Obviously, this does not mean/confirm that the dropped off person had covid or not.l myself ,get tested for covid regularly for my job.Pretty sure other would be doing the same.
But the facility response was to deny/cancel my appointment

I have been a long standing patient of Smile Avenue . I went to many other dentists seeking dental implants and fillings work . Finally ended up smile Avenue the process was seamless they have both dentists and Oral surgeon . The procedure was quick and recovery was fast . It's been nearly two years so far so good .I Highly recommended this clinic

This clinic has taken on way more than they can handle. My sister tried to make an appointment and was told there was no availability for at least 3 weeks. This is simply pathetic. Smileavenue say they value their patients but it is clear that they only value the money. The girl I spoke with this morning had no remorse and it was clear she just wanted to end the call instead of helping find a closer appointment. Dr Sachin always says he wants to see my sister in 6 weeks time and now she will be waiting 10 weeks just for a 15 minute appointment with him. I will be calling other clinics today to

I found the whole team extremely professional and kind. Doctor Nina was very nice in my consult and Doctor Timothy was great during my wisdom teeth extraction. The receptionist is always warm and welcoming and I was put at ease in this very professional environment. Will be coming back for further dental work!!

I had my braces done here at Smile Avenue. Dr. Juhi and Dr. Sachin were absolutely amazing and enthusiastic about helping me with my teeth and made everything worth while! They were able to answer all questions I had and I am very happy with the results. The Team at Smile Avenue were incredibly helpful and I would definitely recommend coming here for Braces.

Smile Avenue is a fantastic place to have orthodontic treatment. They are affordable, professional and all of the staff are always so lovely and welcoming. Dr Juhi and Dr Sachin were so helpful throughout my Invisalign journey, helping me to get beautiful and straight teeth as well as addressing any concerns that I had until I was happy with how my teeth looked. I would use their service again and recommend it to anybody needing orthodontic treatment.

Could not recommend smile Avenue highly enough, I went to three different clinics prior to deciding to have my braces. And opted with Smile avenue even though there was an hour commute they were by far the most accomodating and supportive. I was so apprehensive about having braces as an adult but they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and confident. The staff are so friendly and inviting and also move mountains to get you the appointments that work with your schedule. I had my braces removed today and I could not be happier with the result! I’m going to strangely miss my appointments

I started my orthodontic treatment at Smile Ave about 5 months ago with Dr Sachin, I still have a long journey to go but if you've been considering it, I would say go ahead and make that appointment. At 22 being an independent student, the financial cost has always been a barrier in me getting orthodontic/dental treatment, I had also visited other dental clinics who either told me I was a lost cause or quoted me numbers that I could never afford. My first consolation with Dr Sachin gave me hope, he was honest about what we could do, what it would involve, and gave me a very doable quote- Smile

Being new in Melbourne I was looking for a new dentist and I think I found a great one. The staff are very kind and attentive, I went in for a dental prophylaxis (cleaning) as I was not always good at taking care of my teeth and I worry about periodontal disease and gingivitis.
I got a free deal check up and because I have problem in one of my molars X-rays were necessary (AU$ 41 por each side).
