Very poorly maintained cars. On day of wedding the car had mechanical issues and skidded off the road on the way to the reception. The driver had no idea how to get to the ceremony or reception and the bridal party had to provide directions on how to get to both locations. To top it all off the driver stopped to fill the car with petrol after leaving the church on the way to the reception despite sleeping in the car for an hour at the church whilst the ceremony was happening with a petrol station not 50m down the road.

We had hired two cars for our wedding:
- one car to take the the groom and groomsmen from their accommodation to the ceremony (15 mins one way)
The same car was to go to the bridesmaids accommodation and pick up the bridesmaids
- The second car would take (the bride) and her father to the ceremony.
We booked this service well in advance and the owner was well aware of the intention for the day, even talking to the groom about the plan on the morning of the wedding.
On the day of the wedding, the bride's car arrived and it was the complete wrong car (wrong make, model and colour). The driver

Car took 25 minutes to start at the church making us late for photos, we were made to push the car to get it started which didn’t help, car then ran out of petrol 500m from our venue and we walked the rest of the way, insisted on more money at the end of the trip even though the lateness was due to drivers ineptitude. Would not recommend.
