We oversee the arrangements for a replacement vehicle until your own car is repaired and back on the roads. We deal in negotiating, litigating and settling compensation for you against the loss you bear in case of a road accident. We settle your claim and the invoice for the repairs is paid to your repairer, minus our fees.
As a Not-at-fault or At Fault driver, you are entitled to have your vehicle repaired at a fair and reasonable cost which will be fully paid by the at-fault party or your own insurance. However, it does not mean that you have to accept and settle with the repair job if you are not satisfied with it.
