Carina handled my files for a QLD Mortgage. Her responses to my emails and questions were very quick. She verified all my documents via email before our appointment. I called the business for notary service because of the recommendation of one of my family members. However, the experience left a bad tasty in mouth. The lady (Amy?) on the phone was cold and careless. Information she provided to is way too funny , ie I need to write my own statement for Authentication and they do not even provide a template for me to draft --- then what do I need your service for?? The Public Notary may be really good at what he does, but the paralegal/assistant is not so much helpful :( Ditched the plan to go to their service after all.

I was looking for notary public service just before lockdown, but due to the travel restriction I was not able to make a face to face appointment.
