We all possess a unique set of personality traits that make us who we are. If you are assessed as eligible your GP will provide you with a Mental Health Care Plan that needs to be brought to your initial appointment.

This acceptance spawned an explosion of research on the causes, vulnerabilities, and optimum treatments for PTSD. We have since learnt a great deal about how to help people with this disabling and often chronic condition.
