This motel is in a great location, close to the commercial centre of Mount Gambier. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The motel itself looks fantastic when you enter, with a flashy atrium, however the building is starting to become a bit dated and could look a million dollars with a good renovation. Overall, fantastic stay.

The hotel was comfortable and good location however we had major issues with our key entry cards which wouldn't work.. Leaving us out of our room late one night and most frustrated.. The night manager was totally rude and agitated having to come and fix it that was the 3rd key we had replaced... It Def turned me off ever staying there again

Fantastic place to stay. We are a family of 4 with two teenagers so the apartment option was great with them having their own room each. Specious kitchen and living room with everything you need for cooking. Airdrie, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Also has a washing machine and dryer. Get was pressure in both bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Only room for improvement is a few cobwebs, some mould in the bathrooms, ants in the kitchen and no soundproofing, being able to hear office staff on the other side of an adjoining door.

Room was clean and looked good. No soundproofing in this hotel and with people right next door talking until 1am and deliberately making a lot of noise. Needing to get up early I had retired at 9pm but got woken at 10:30pm by the inconsiderates next door. With a hotel that was near empty, spread your guests with a room in between? Would never stay there again.

The room was spacious and the hosts were great, gave me info on where to eat, and a few things to see while I'm there. The room itself was very clean came with everything you need and the bath in a premier suite was so big and relaxing, I wish I could of stayed longer. The pool was relatively warm so nice to go for a swim in.

Great motel, quiet, beds comfortable, not exactly modern but nice enough. It would be good to see the restaurant used more or pushed as it almost looks and seemed closed. There was no drive or upselling for customers to even have breakfast there apart from the normal pieces of paper. Staff were friendly so keep up the good work
