If you're already working with an architect or draftsperson, we can give you input and advice before the designs are finalised. By collaborating with you and your architect/draftsperson, there are no surprises, everyone is on the same page, and the building process is as smooth and affordable as possible for you.
How long is a piece of string! Because we specialise in customised building and home renovation solutions, there's no real 'typical' length of time it takes. Every project is unique. Once we have a thorough understanding of your plans and what's involved, we provide you with an accurate timeline. We sure can.

We have used ETA Constructions twice now for the staged renovation on our home and have always appreciated and trusted Ezra's advice, professionalism, transparency and communication.
Ezra project manages to a very high standard and each trade we had on site produced a high quality of workmanship, were polite and friendly and always cleaned up after their work to an excellent standard.
