The worst dental and service experience of my life.
To this day I continue to have pain from work done, where there was absolutely no pain prior.
The front of house experience is simply rude.
The experience from a hygienist perspective honestly feel like a constant sell… oh… “next we should do this… here’s a cost schedule… let’s book it in”.
To expand on front of house experience… I make a booking. I then get a text confirming the booking and asking me to confirm again in robot speak. The appointment is booked… are you trying to cancel? When I raised this with dentist and

As a Registered Nurse recently moving to the area I needed to find a good dentist for myself and family. I tried a different dentist and was dissatisfied. My nursing and medical colleagues recommended Simply Dental. Dr Diane Dawes is the best dentist I have ever encountered. I have never felt more safe or in better hands. Wow!!!! What a great experience. I arrived to a beautiful reception and my experience just got better.
I met the dentist Catriona and she made me feel at ease straight away. Both Catriona and her assistant Vanessa were so friendly. I had x-rays and a filling and I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing.
I will be recommending this dental practice to others.

The dentist was absolutely lovely, I was very happy with my check up there. I Made another appointment and unfortunately had to cancel due to unforseen circumstances. I am blown away by how rude the receptionist was. I was told I would be charged a fee even though I would be rebooking the week after. She then hung up on me as I was unwilling to provide a reason as to why I couldn't make it (personal). Great dentist, appalling customer service from reception.
