We're a family-owned community dental practice located in Noosaville, just 100m from the Noosa River. While many dental offices have lost their personality and become profit-focused franchise centres, we've remained dedicated to the idea of a community practice that treats local residents with respect and friendliness.
Hailing from Belfast, Northern Ireland, Dr McGregor studied dentistry at the School of Dentistry Queen's University Belfast, graduating in 1980 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Dr Mcgregor has provided world-class dental care on three continents, having spent the better part of two decades practicing in Zimbabwe before joining Noosa Parade Dental here in Noosaville in 2001.

Am impressed with how gentle and professional Alistair is. He was highly recommended to us and we are grateful to have him as our dentist. Melissa the receptionist is a total joy and certainly excells in customer service. We also love the cute cards that are sent to us when our check ups are due, funny and sweet...having been to several dentists in our area, we know that we have come to the best !

I was very pleased with the service by Alistair and his staff. It was my first visit to the practice and my visit only required a clean and inspection of my teeth.
It was refreshing not to have any other treatment required and I am confident in Alistair's determination that I required no further treatment in the near future.

I desperately needed work some 20 plus years ago and contacted Mike Keys .he is very patient, considerate and over a series of visits gained my confidence. Been seeing Alastair since I was in primary school. Brilliant dentist, always thinking of his patients wellbeing. I feel in safe hands every visit.
