Mick Devlin started Braeden Constructions more than 25 years ago in Victoria. He moved to Noosa in 2001 with his wife and children and set about making his mark on the local building industry. Braeden is now solely focussed on custom builds in the Sunshine Coast region and is renowned making the absolute most of the natural assets of every block of land.
Building your own home or renovating an existing one is a major and complicated project for anyone. We designed our own house and we chose Braeden to build it for us. Mick initially used his experience to help us to refine the design so it was cost effective but met our needs both functionally and aesthetically before we even had a contract.
