Overall Ausmar Homes have exceeded my expectations throughout the whole process. Particularly Tavis and Mel, in the beginning I had trouble finding a builder that could make what I wanted work and Tavis was able to do that and so much more. When it came to the building process I couldn’t be more grateful for Mel, anything big or small she was always ready to help and made the handover experience awesome! Good experience from start to finish, with excellent selections on cabinetry/veneers/tiles etc without the hefty additional price tag! The team were happy to help and customise the build to my preferences, and were exceptional and keeping me in the loop (buildertrend is a great app!). All in all, would definitely build again with ausmar, special thanks to Will and Mel for keeping everything on track and the lovely house warming gifts!

We are super happy with our new home! The team at Ausmar have been nothing but a blessing for us as first home builders. Every step of the way nothing was ever too hard and always explained thoroughly. The contractors are some of the best quality workers I have ever came across and our site supervisor was the most friendly and approachable person.
