Just had our ducted air conditioning replaced by Penrith Air Supply. The information originally provided by Mitch followed by many questions proved to be spot on. The installers were respectful of our home and dogs and worked quickly and precisely through the job. They cleaned up appropriately afterward and provided a brief summary of the unit controller. We had three quotes originally done on this job and although it wasn’t the total reason as to why we went with Penrith Air Supply….it was the least expensive. Air conditioning system is great! Thank you Penrith Air Supply.

Terrible installation of our air conditioning, had two "repairs" done within warranty that did not solve the problem. Now it turns out the main switch box wasn't installed properly, letting water in. It's completely rusted and smokes when turning the main fuse on. There is wiring with single insulation which is illegal. All was explained to the maintenance department, but im being told it's out of warranty, but that should only be for parts failure, not for bad workmanship.

Penrith Air Supply installed a new unit for my rental property. Mitch consulted the initial quote and inspection, and provided 3 quotes for various units. He explained in detail all options for the installation. He went above and beyond to accommodate for myself and tenant. Technicians communicated well with all involved, e.g. my agent, the tenant and building manager to ensure that everyone knew what was going on and when. Highly recommend these guys, and will be using them again in the future. They also provided fair prices for good quality units. Highly recommended.

Penrith Air installed our Carrier air con in 2016 and we were very happy with the size and output..
Each year they came to service the Unit on a regular basis and each time the technician was excellent.
This year we had the pleasure of having their senior technician by the name of Gino, who turned out to be the initial installer of the Unit and he remembered after 14 years.
Gino came within the time frame we were given and text us half an hour before arriving.
Gino went through the house checking every register, checked the filters, and checked both units in the roof space and outside the house
