Ancient unit needing replacing. Appropriate replacement options were offered without the hard sell, which was refreshing. MACS team communicated and coordinated well, techies came in & did the job efficiently and on time, communicated well by explaining the drill and didnt skip a beat. Discrete and thorough with the job, worked around a property power supply issue and cleaned up as they went along, taking the dead monstrous old unit with them. Actual Samsung hardware is great so far & more efficient than my tiny fanned heater... Looking forward to NOT having a heart attack when the winter bill
