One of the hot areas of research into management of tendinopathies over the last five to ten years has been the use of topical Glyceryl Trinitrate (GTN) patches to manage pain during rehabilitation of tendinopathies, including Patella, Achilles, and Tennis elbow. This drug may sound. This has caused significant clean up effort, with hundreds of trees falling across roads, houses, power-lines and fences.

With a wealth of experience in all sports, work injuries, and advanced pain control techniques our Physiotherapists will diagnose your condition and work with you to address the root of the problem. Using natural methods such as exercise, equipment and education, physiotherapy is the practice of of health education, injury prevention, and the diagnosis and treatment of patients with physical disorders or disabilities.
A growing body of evidence from high-quality research and ongoing practice has dramatically shifted the way we understand pain, and it's role in the body. This has lead to new and more successful techniques for managing people who suffer from the lived-experience of persistent pain, and gives real hope that even those severely disabled for many months or years can recover.
Remedial Massage and Myotherapy are "hands-on" techniques that are effective at reducing pain. Remedial Massage treats muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile by speeding up the body's own healing process though various massaging techniques. Myotherapy utilizes a broader range of techniques, primarily focusing on trigger point therapy, but may also use other techniques such as dry needling.

I went in having a lower back pain and was consulted by Rachael. She gave me a number of exercises and taught me how to perform them at home. She was extremely friendly and patient with me. It's been about 2 weeks now and there is no more pain there and it has healed. I would highly recommend using them next time.

Suffering from Vertigo. Had an appointment with Eugenia who performed and taught me the Epley Manouveur as well as other exercises. It did make a difference and after a good nights sleep I was able to resume bike riding today. Thank you Eugenia.

Ben is a great physio - especially for chronic pain issues. Generally able to get appointments during the day and also in the evenings. There are pilates classes run here, and myotherapy is also available. This is a nice new building with stairs and elevator access. There is disabled parking available outside the main doors. There is plenty of free parking in the shopping centre itself.

Went for my first session today with Michael and couldn’t recommend higher, instant relief from 3 months of shoulder pain. Being a sceptic of physio’s all this time from reviews from other people this has definitely changed my thinking. Iv heard stories about people going every week for years and still no improvement but that’s not the case here, great work and will be a regular client!

I am a very happy customer of Hills Physio Emerald who have kept me working so I can keep my customers happy!
With a combination of Dupuytrens in the hands and a shoulder problem it has taken some serious physio. I'm now rehabilitating after the shoulder operation while Ben returns my shoulder to the range of movement I need.
Friendly staff, expert opinion and work, if one has to have physio this is the place :-)
