Our methods of training can be tough and not for the meek. But understand that with the level of intensity in which you will be training at, your body has no choice but to make changes in order to adapt to our programs.
Before you decide to train with us, we first give you a thorough assessment to see if you have any physical limitations or injuries so we can work around it. We pride ourselves at being among the forefront of the industry in terms of new research, methods and extensive understanding of bodybuilding science and technique as it surfaces.

Services
We take this very seriously. If you have had prior injuries that have limited your movement or standard of living then it is a mandatory practice to assess your physical abilities first. If you have existing medical circumstances that we need to know about, then we require medical clearance before we commence a program.

One on one training can be a little daunting - you have nowhere to hide. From day 1 Kev made me feel comfortable and provided nothing but encouragement. Kev's gym has a machine and gadget for every exercise. His equipment is of the highest standard and is spotlessly clean. I am currently training twice a week and look forward to every session. I highly recommend Kev. Give it a go, you won't regret it.

Kev is very friendly and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain those areas that each exercise are focussing on. Each session is personalised so that exercises and weights suit me, and take in to account existing injuries.

I'm a 43 year old female who has always stuggled to find my place in PT classes. Tried a number over the many years and never felt settled, or there we're too many people, and as a private person never really felt comfortable. Needless to say my confidence was down. After some nudging I gave Spartan PT a go. My first session I walked in and said 'I don't sweat'. Kev saw this as a challenge and he has succeeded. I've finally found something I love! After searching for a while for a trainer right for me, I started training with Spartan 3 months ago. I was lacking confidence, unfit (read: weak) and at the start of what seemed like an endless weight loss journey.
Kev and Toni are welcoming, inspiring and so knowledgeable in their field of expertise. It is an absolute pleasure being a part of the Spartan family.
Whilst still a work in progress, I personally am feeling stronger, more confident and am seeing results every single session. It’s bloody hard work, but I haven’t died yet and look forward to my next work out!
