Our Toowoomba based psychologists and clinical psychologists provide a variety of services specifically designed to support the health and well-being of your mind and emotions. Initially established in Toowoomba by Clinical Psychologist Dr. Pamela Seaton in 2006, our practice has helped thousands of people of all ages and from all walks of life achieve better mental health and overall wellbeing.

At Regional and Rural Mental Health Services we provide a wide range of Psychological Services for adults, adolescents and children. If you are unsure which service best suites your needs, our Psychologists will help guide you through the options available. They will take the time to learn about you, before suggesting the appropriate services.
Dr Pamela Seaton earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of New England (UNE). She brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to her training workshops, consultancy and clinical work. Dr Seaton has special interest and expertise in diagnosis, treatment and support of children, adolescents and adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD) which was formerly know as Asperger's Syndrome.
The psychologists at Regional & Rural Mental Health Services believe in providing their clients with a quality level of service at an affordable price. To help as many people as possible, our service fees are designed to fit the individual circumstances of each client. This requires us to vary our service fees depending on the funding pathways available to each client.
