Pivotal Homes (PH), claim to be competitively priced, however I being experienced in housing construction, of an opinion that PH commences fleecing customer, even before contract is signed.
Few examples:
a. Variation price of $1500 is submitted, when a door costs $159 (Retail price)
b. Credit of $100 is provided, when package highlights projects cost of $1000 for an item
Cross check yourself to believe it by asking variation price or by asking credit for non-desired item per their standard design package.
Despite requesting fairness in pricing, I am not pleased with them and hence, I won't

My build started in January this year and handover was mid May. I am absolutely in love with my home and can not thank pivotal enough. The app they have during the build was great and photo updates were always exciting. Issues we had were easily resolved and the paint job is immaculate! We are extremely happy with our family home and the size is perfect. I can not fault the interior of our home and the simplicity of the entire process.

Pivotal Homes were an excellent choice to build our first home. We found them through a buyer's agent, Homeology, and found the Pivotal team to be very professional and easy to communicate with. We loved their designs and they were so accommodating with the variations that we asked for to make our first home exactly how we wanted it. They are very reasonably priced for the inclusions and the quality of workmanship and materials. After hearing some horror stories about other builders, we are very glad we chose Pivotal.
