Energy Air's Service Division offer preventative maintenance, service repairs as well as breakdown repairs for both commercial and domestic air conditioning units.
Energy Air recommends the use of Daikin, Fujitsu, Haier and LG brands air conditioning units. This gives us a comprehensive range of commercial and domestic units that provide excellent comfort and efficiency to any home or business. Ducted air conditioners can be designed to either heat or cool an entire house or office space or to just heat or cool a number of rooms at any one time through zoning for a house.

This company installed a Fujitsu ducted aircon in this house in 2020. I happened to buy this house about 5 months ago. From the get-go there was a huge leak from the gutter while the AC was running. Contacted energy air they refrained of having the issue rectified under warranty, as they claimed the installation warranty was expired. I had a local AC company involved , they kindly ran a diagnostic. It turned out the main drain pipe at the first place was not properly installed/fixed by energy air so the clamp holding the pipe did let go and pipe had swooped significantly. I am not to sure what work experience team I had deal with my current property - however we had an air con unit installed that was reading it’s sensor temp from the ceiling. When the technician came out to set up the WiFi unit, he couldn’t understand why it was reading such a high temp.
After spending hours trying to fix it and calling the bloke who installed it, we were told that this issue was known to the company prior to handing over the property. Energy Air was recommended to us by our daughter who had her split Daikin system installed in her house a couple of years ago (she was exceptionally happy and mentioned that the team were very courteous and the system runs perfect). Didn't really want to get our townhouse at the coast air-conditioned but the family wanted it so i called Ben at Energy Air , then went to their office at Tingalpa to discuss. Very impressed. I recently had a split system installed into my existing home by Energy Air and I am extremely happy with the service I received. The team at Energy Air helped me from start to finish, from selecting the right air con unit for my needs to the installation of the system. I cannot fault them. They were able to book me in for install quite quickly considering the busy time of year. They arrived on time, well presented and lovely mannered. I would 100% recommend Energy Air and will be using them again for any air con requirements I have.
