Dale did a fantastic job on my air-con. I can not praise his professionalism or attitude enough. It was a difficult repair job due to a previous installation . He arrived 4 pm Friday and worked solid until 8pm to get the job done. He was friendly, obliging, super patient and courteous at all times under tiring conditions. The company were extremely efficient and easy to deal with including giving me a very reasonable price for the work done. Well done Climatrol and Dale. Your efforts are appreciated. We're really happy with our new air-conditioning system at our house in Hemmant. The staff have been brilliant. The installer's were very friendly and professional and the unit looks great. I really appreciate the effort that was put in to install the condenser and run-off pipe out of view... This was a fiddly job but nothing seemed a hassle for these guys and it was a pleasure dealing with your company.
