I used Gordon Robinson Realestate to find a place to live in Sydney as I was moving from interstate. I've call Gordon a few times once for some general advice and on two other occasions when I needed an urgent repair to a leaking water pipe that was fractured in the sink outlet wall. This was attended to by Gordon very quickly, with the plumber arriving a few hours later and effected the repairs. Called again today relating to a strata issue which was resolved.
I have no hesitation in recommending Gordon Robinson as your estate agent and Strata manager

I think it's extremely unfair that google allow reviews that are fake like the one written by 'Robert Lincoln" about small businesses like this one.
We are long term tenants of a building looked after by Gordon Robinson and property manager Emma (my partner's third rental through GR RE in 20 years) and our experience has been of living in a place that is always clean, secure and well maintained. They're obviously careful about the tenants they vet, as change of tenants in the building is rare because it's a good place to live.
When we have needed a tradesperson, this agent is onto it straight

Avoid Gordon Robinson Real Estate like the plague. They are the worst Strata Managers in Sydney.
You need to avoid Gordon Robinson Real Estate like the plague. They say that they do strata management but this is just a hobby for them. They charge huge fees, get maintenance workers to do jobs that are extremely over priced, are rude, never get back to you and charge fees for all sorts of extraneous things like filing, photocopying, phone calls, insurance commissions? Which is all for them, of course.
They haven’t even visited our property in 2 years. They are rude and dismissive on the phone
