Property investment offers many advantages. Unlike your money stuck in a bank savings account, it is considered a growth asset class where capital growth outstrips inflation. This means overtime you increase rather than decrease the capital value of your assets. Shares are also a growth asset. However, it's hard to get truly independent information for investing in shares, where as property is a tangible, transparent buy.
Provide your property in the state of cleanliness and repair that you expect the tenants to maintain. Depending on the property, a gardener may be a good idea. This will mean an extra person is regularly keeping an eye on the property for any problems that may arise, the garden will be maintained and will not incur the costs associated with long term neglect.

Dealing with Richardson & Wrench Bondi Junction was a pleasant and professional experience from beginning to end. I first came across Andre when we did the initial inspection of the property we ended up purchasing. He was courteous, friendly, and just a down-to-earth person to deal with. Absolutely disgraceful company. Do not rent through this company. Avoid at all costs.
They have submitted a range of completely baseless claims (including a rusted wall hook that was there when I moved in, lost fire alarm which the managing agent removed previously, a leaky tap which was there when I moved in…the list goes on) when I moved out, and without having obtained quotes attempted to claim THE ENTIRE bond amount. Thousands of dollars! The cost to rectify ended up in the hundreds. Not only this, but they also completely ignored several times some very bad problems we were having with

Be aware...worst agency and people. don’t allow the commercial agency to sign a commercial lease.
they will steal part of your bank Guarantee and hold it hostage.. on the grounds of Subsidence cracks of the building that they leased to you and never repaired..I had to supply a Surveyors report to prove all the foundations had collapsed.
Then follow on with an NCAT hearing to reclaim my bank Guarantee

Selling a property during a global pandemic is no easy task. Andre and his team remained positive but realistic throughout the campaign. He put in the time and effort to source the right buyers and persisted with them. He believed in the product and really got the best result possible.
