I have just had the pleasure of having Tony and Irene from ITSA HOMES to design and renovate our home. They designed and installed wall units, wardrobes, updated our kitchen including our kitchen bench and turned all our lower pantry shelves into more usable drawers.
We were so impressed with their professionalism and quality of work that we ended up getting our bathroom, toilet and laundry totally redesigned and outfitted, then set them to work on our outside, and had them construct decking around our newly installed swim spa and put a patio roof over it.I pinch myself and cant believe I was so lucky to get such caring and diligent workers.

I have just completed a kitchen renovation with ITSA. consisting of a new kitchen/three bathroom/en-suite/laundry and numerous other minor structural and cosmetic improvements including completely new flooring and wall/ceiling painting throughout. Every room and every square inch of flooring/walls and ceiling was renovated and upgraded.
They are excellent in providing professional business practices and customer service focus. From measurements, demolition of old kitchen and throughout all aspects of the installation of new one, they have been wonderful and in control of every part of the process

ITSA Homes did a kitchen renovation for me. I found Irene's design perfect for what we needed and was at an affordable price. The tradesmen that were used, did a very high quality job and were extremally professional. The schedule that I was given was followed perfectly and any queries that I had were answered by Irene with a quick phone call. I would highly recommend ITSA Homes for any home renovations.

I had Tony completely renovated my mother's bathroom. I am interstate and I wanted someone that could look after the complete job without causing my elderly mother too much stress. Tony was fantastic from meeting with my mother several times and taking her sample tiles and keeping me informed the whole time. The renovation was great and I strongly recommend ITSA and Tony for all your renovation needs.

Tony from ITSA Homes built the second floor renovation of our original 2 bedroom unit to now 4 bedrooms in Box Hill North. He managed every aspect of the renovation from the very begining (design stage) right till completion. Tony and his team worked with utmost professionalism, precision and speed. He has helped us significantly in keeping the cost down and completed the work ahead of schedule. Tony is a wonderful builder and person. From the very first day we met him, we knew that we were in good hands. He was always punctual at every meeting, and that was a very good sign. Tony has always been easy… to talk to and he listens to our concerns and troubleshoots every problem that we faced. He always tries his best to please his clients and work towards making us happy. Tony from Itsa Homes helped us out when we discovered one side of the wall cavity around our wall oven was unexpectedly supporting part of our roof. Tony was able to promptly identify a solution to this problem, bringing in a team to quickly do what needed to be done for us to be able to proceed with installation of our new kitchen as originally planned. He and his team were a pleasure to deal with.
