Our initial process involves a meeting on site with you to understand your vision and objectives for your property. During this site inspection we assess the needs and any maintenance items that needs addressing. Our standard operating procedure when taking over the responsibility for a new site is to provide a 'spring clean' to bring the building up to a good standard.
Clean As You Go have serviced our Brandon Park site for several years and have consistently delivered an excellent standard. We very much appreciate the quality of service and professionalism that the Clean As You Go team provides for us. A high standard of cleanliness is important not only to us but more significantly to our tenants, and Clean As You Go have consistently exceeded our expectations, week after week.
For body corporates, apartment complexes and commercial properties, car parks can often get messy due to constant traffic and a high number of visitors. With the accumulation of debris and dust, as well as the build-up of bacteria and oil stains, your car park can become quite difficult to clean. Often this build up of dust is then brought into the common areas of buildings.
