Overall it was a 3 out of 5 stay. Rooms were very hot and I hate aircon and their's is very noisy. No fans which is all you need. Couldn't get any ice, even from the restaurant which clearly is privately run with a very poor relationship with the hotel. We like to keep our room clean but they had no chux wipes or anything to clean up a mess. … The shampoo bottle was half empty, surely that's not a huge expense! The bed was comfortable and the room big enough which was a positive. We brought our own water which was good because none was supplied. After we left they said we had taken two bottles

Nice clean modern hotel.any restaurants in the neighborhood and Kaufland is 6 mins walk. They have underground parking which did not work for us, but they have parking in front of the hotel which we used. The rooms are quite small, and the bathroom does not have a door for the single room. However, the rooms are very comfortable.

Hotel Gloria is a good hotel. Nice breakfast, good restaurant, friendly staff BUT the lack of air condition made our stay almost unbearable. That combined with the rather loud street noise made it next to impossible to get a good night sleep. We went to a local supermarket to buy a floorstanding fan which provided some relief. The hotel had a whopping 5 fans for all its rooms. This is something Hotel Gloria staff needs to be better prepared for. We won't stay there again if we are visiting Stuttgart during the summer months.

Have stayed a number of times for work & on the most recent trip their external dry cleaners had misplaced my expensive shirt. Hotel Gloria staff were fantastic about it and have offered the full purchase price to replace it. I was dealing with Jade who was fantastic. Will continue to stay there due to this experience

The hotel was nice - clean, quiet and the staff provided excellent service. The restaurant was superb! The only problem I had was the wake up function on the phone in my room did not work and was not fixed in spite of my reporting it. The best part of my week at Hotel Gloria was the warm hospitality I received by a delightful young woman that answered the many, many questions I had - Frances Kott was her name I think.
