I think be realistic Gentlemen the service from the staff and the condition of the rooms are not really judgemental for that reasonable prices. Well nice place to stay overnight.

Great place to stay to see the Blue Mountain... Hawkesbury and Old Windsor... Richmond Airbase... unfortunately the employer never pays ... from 6 November 2011 to 16 October 2013 I worked relentlessly... never paid my money which I was promised that it is kept in Trust... I have been cheated of my earnings... in the last 18 months I lost 8 of my kith and kin including my elder brother Joseph... I couldn't attend his funeral... I haven't come across heartless people like Raman Pillay and Shyla Pillay aka Shyla Nair... last week I went there to file a notice of discontinuance... Mrs Shyla Pillay

I don't think the owners were that bad if you need anything they tried to help you. But they have alot of older rooms on one side of the motel. They need to be fixed up .the rooms need to be cheaper.

The worst motel, staff I’ve ever come across, cheapest room $85 a night and still not even worth it, staff came to my room 3x Asking for the key when I had a night paid, checkout is 10am woke me up at 8am and told me checkout was 9am but really is 10am, first rooms heater didn’t work or powerpoints in the room second room the water was freezing cold the whole time , I didn’t get a Tv remote for the tv and staff made my girlfriend cry and locked her out of room 1 when I was going to get money for other night and had notified staff and done that because I was 20 minutes late, they are also

ABSOLUTE CESSPOOL!!!! HAD NO SMOKE ALARMS! ASKED FOR A CLEAN ROOM INSTEAD GOT ABUSED. THEN THEY SAID THEY WILL CLEAN ROOM FOR ME BUT I CAN'T BE IN THERE WHILE THEY DO IT SO THEY ASKED ME TO SIT OUTSIDE FOR 3HRS IN THE COLD (WITH A NEWBORN) AT 5 IN THE AFTERNOON . OBVIOUSLY I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY ONLY RETURNED $60 OUT 160 FOR 2 NIGHTS AND I WASN'T EVEN THERE FOR 2HRS!!

Sheets and towels clean but the glasses and one mug stuck to the tray. Only 2 tiny milk sachets. MOULD on the ceiling in several places and cracked and pealing paint on roof and walls. Cracked walls. Had to stand on a chair to turn on air conditioning to warm up the room (freezing) and it was so noisy. Unclean surfaces- boards above the beds and table top. Only one light above one bed (no fluorescent bar in the other). Oh, and the remote control didn’t work. I chose this hotel as last time I paid twice the amount across the road at the terrace and had the same problems. Wasn’t until check in

Horrible smell in Room.. Room hadn't being cleaned Mouse poo in draw Dirty knickers lift in the bathroom Bed linen hadnt been changed.. Confronted the owner No apology Didn't offer me another Room..

Broken smoke alarm in the drawer. No towels to use. Paint coming of in patches. Could only have a 10second shower because the hot water ran out. Had a guy on drugs keep asking for smokes. Stay away if you want a decent night sleep and feel safe

1) Room wasn't cleaned properly (lot of pictures as a proof) walked in to terrible smell.
2) Very dirty bathroom (shower glass not wipe/clean at all)
3) Shower curtain mouldy
4) Room wasn't vacuumed.
5) Blind does NOT close properly. Our room located downstairs, when we inside the room laying on bed we can see people walk pass the front room even the blind shut and they from outside can see us on bed CLEARLY. No privacy!
6) Door does NOT have any lock from inside. Security issue. Yes the door cant open from outside as it automatically lock if closed, BUT the motel own old door than can be
