Neck pain and stiffness can really affect your lifestyle, especially when your shoulder muscles are constantly tight and any little movement causes you discomfort. Sometimes your neck pain can start for no reason and you don't know why it's happening. Your pain may pass after a few days, but then reappear in a few months.
Lower back pain has the potential to really affect your lifestyle, especially when you start to feel pain while you sit, stand or while exercising. Simple actions such as tying your shoes or getting out of a chair becomes a challenge. It can be frustrating when your back starts to hurt for no particular reason and stops you from doing the things you love.
Bad posture increases pressure on particular parts of your body, and over time can lead to pain or injury. Conditions such as neck or lower back pain and headaches are commonly linked to bad posture. When you start to see your posture get worse there is a high chance there is going to be alignment changes in your spine, that could lead to premature decay of your spinal joints.
Headaches can be either dull, throbbing or severe enough to confine you to a quiet dark room. When you suffer from a headache all you want to do is get out of pain as fast as possible. Headaches have been referred to as the "most common complaint in human history" as they affect two thirds of the population.

Best Chiropractor you will find!!!!
I visited James as i had a sharp spasm in my lower back that caused an extreme discomfort in which i could barely move.
Upon seeing James, he was not only very welcoming and personable, but extremely professional.
He was quick to diagnose the issue with my lower spine and illustrated his vast depth of knowledge of the human body whilst actively treating me.
He did a few adjustments, dry needling and demonstrated some exercises i could do to rehabilitate my spine.
I walked out of his clinic feeling 100% satisfied and have had no issues with my lower back
