What use to be my go to plumber now no longer returns phone calls or shows back up to finish a job.
We had a clog in a sink and as usual they were my first call. They showed up to start the job and have yet to return all while the problem has gotten worse. Promised return windows came and went as did return phone calls.
Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

I have been a loyal customer of Sam the Plumber for over 8 years, and have recommended them to many neighbors and co-workers. I don't know what has happened there lately, but the quality of service has completely tanked. In April I made an appointment for someone to come and install a new toilet. I waited all day and no one showed up. I called several times and was told they were coming. I tried to reschedule at the end of the day when no one came and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes and just never came back to help me. I decided to give them another chance and called today to have someone

I needed to unclog a drain Asap and after calling multiple plumbers that either didn't respond or went straight to voice mail, I finally got a live person. He was able to fit me in this day, they called a few minutes earlier to let me know they were in route so I could leave work. Thank you Sam the plumber for being responsive and on time. Will definitely keep you in mind for future business. It's hard to find a reliable plumber these days!!

Had a broken PVC joint outside of house (under the red shutoff valve). Sale of house was scheduled for mid-week so needed someone to do work without us there. They were timely in their response (called Friday - there Monday). Cost was $636 to replace the one fitting and rewrap the pipe. I'm sure the job was more complex than I'm seeing but would have gotten competitive bids if I could have.
