A blocked drain is one in which free flow of water is obstructed by solid filth or waste, such as organic matter or large-sized objects including plastics or paper stuck in the drain. Huge shout out to the team at Jason's for their speedy and pleasant service, and all their efforts on our behalf. I'd been trying to contact another well reviewed local plumber for help when our shower drain kept blocking up. And we had a few other less urgent items we were keen to have some help with as well. After a week of unsuccessful attempts, I had to try again and gave Jason's a call. They had someone out within the hour!

Michael was wonderful. He was efficient, quick, and very polite, and did a great job fixing what we needed done. He was honest and told us straight up what things would cost and how big of a job they would be, and was very transparent. We would love to have him back on any of our jobs in the future!
