Peter Pahos graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor Degree of Science and a Masters Degree of Chiropractic. After graduating, Peter (Chiropractor) was drawn to the Sutherland Shire Area where he began to work as a Chiropractor and at the same time married his now wife, Margaret. Chiropractors provide patient-centred care and work in partnership with the consumers of chiropractic services. This includes using shared decision making through the informed consent process and using communication strategies that are tailored to the needs and preferences of the patient. This includes referral to other healthcare providers when indicated to ensure the best and most appropriate treatment and health outcome.
Physiotherapy helps people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice. They maintain health for people of all ages, helping patients to manage pain and prevent disease. Cranial Sacral is a hands on approach, it involves lightly holding the skull and sacrum with almost imperceptible movements.
On your initial visit we will conduct an in depth health history to understand your current health concerns. We will then assess the spine, nerves, muscle joints, ligaments, and discs. Discuss any question you might have in depth. Gardening is great for so many reasons. The beautiful flowers, the yummy vegetables, and reconnecting to nature.

But what isn't so good is the inevitable aches and pains, that accompanies the onset of gardening season. If you've been a bit of a couch potato all winter, don't plan on getting the whole garden done in a day or two.
