Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
Rang in September 19 for a fault with our split system, I was told they would ring back but may take 2 weeks which I said would be ok. Didn't hear back. Rang again in March 20 same conversation and didn't hear back again. Organised Rob from Sunbury and it was fixed 3 days later.

Very happy with my experience with Sole. Jason was able to come out and quote for my heating in a matter of days and he and Glen came to complete the installation before the week was out. Units are excellent quality. Would definitely recommend.

Had 2 air conditioning units put into our house before Christmas and we were really happy with the work. From the quote to the installation, communication was clear, the fitting team were great; made sure to go through how to use the units and what all the settings did.

Competively priced for my new ducted system, turned up when they said they would, System works great and they insisted they clean up after themselves. Jason and Glen will be back when the next system passes it. Cant recommend this company highly enough. So professional dont hesitate in calling them Mike

Remove and refit two aircons. Very slow at calling back and booking in a time, then after more phone calls locked in a date to start - didn't hear from them for over two months - after calling again booked in a date two weeks later. They called back and changed the date again, then came out and couldn't do the job due to dew on the roof (fair enough) but then didn't come back again - after they promised to come back "As soon as the weather is good". I called again and booked in another date (two weeks later) then they called after a week or so and cancelled all together. I wasted about three months
