We are not a customer, but incredibly grateful for and impressed by one of their team pulling over to offer help this morning on his way to a job. We ran out of petrol near Lyonsville, with a 15-month-old in the car, marginal phone reception and appalling weather (weather app said it felt like 5 degrees which I can tell you was generous). Our roadside assist plan has been cancelled by the dealer without telling us! Your team member (he has red hair but can’t remember his name, sorry) stopped to ask if we were ok and offered me a lift in to Daylesford to get fuel and I was able to get back before
