Pros- Nice room, comfortable bed, amazing rain shower, clean, really great location.
Cons
- extremely noisy at night, bottles being emptied into dumpster outside window after event ended at midnight, loud music, people milling outside after event. Needed white noise on full volume to sleep, and I’m normally a very heavy sleeper.
- no cleaning after Saturday night event. Lobby stayed messy even at check out Monday.
- No room service on Sunday- may have been in the notes somewhere but I wasn’t made aware at check in
- no parking spots aside for guests, all taken by event goers on Saturday

Great venue for a large event, loads of space, great organisation
Food pretty awful, I know it’s hard to cater for large numbers but this was bad. Starter antipasto, not bad, veggie option small green salad with tinned peaches- inedible
Main just some meat with poor salad in centre of table and veggie option ratatouille and rice, tasty but very underwhelming
Desert not good - a nasty jelly based easy to serve slice
Drinks overpriced and poor choice, spirits tasted watered down
Lovely event and perfect surroundings but at 85 per head, just some soft drink included I expect half decent food

Had no issues with the food or service at a recent engagement party, and the studio room was lovely. However someone experienced in acoustics really needs to come in to reduce noise level. It wasn't a rowdy bunch, but before the music was even on the noise level was ridiculous with general conversation. We had sore throats the next day from raising our voices to be heard!

Had our wedding here in September, so many issues including tables not set up correctly, wrong meals being served, no high chairs set up for kids, wedding cake cut incorrectly which meant some of our guests weren’t served our cake, cake topper lost, guests being charged for spirits when we had provided the spirits. But worst of all, after numerous attempts to contact the manager, not one single return call. Poor service, 100% would not recommend booking your wedding with Sfera’s.

We had our wedding and reception at Sferas. Ellen and the team made the whole process so easy for us. With restrictions still in place on the lead up to our wedding, Ellen was great with her communication in what we could / couldn't do and called to confirmed what we wanted to do. Due to border restrictions, we asked at the last minute to use the… TV screens in the Studio room to play some well wishes from our interstate guests and this was organised seamlessly. The team set up exactly how we wanted, the meals came out quickly and on time, our guests enjoyed their meals and had a great night

There are more good things about this place than bad , hence a three.
It’s such a great setup with the mobility of rooms and general space in close proximity to city.
Why can food not be hot enough or good at 100 plus functions.
I have been there six times over the last few years, same food every time but with a twist.
It’s not just this place , Good money is being made and good food slash service is lacking.
C’mon guys, lift !
