You are made to feel like a leper for not using Kevin Murphy products. They won’t touch your hair unless you’ve used Kevin Murphy products for at least 5 weeks. You need to have a hair consultation before you get an appointment and possibly a hair strand test. Highlights will cost around 450.00 NOT including a blow dry Mystake

I have been getting my hair done at Myst Hair and Beauty for a very long time now. Natalie and Sammi share the role of tackling my mane. Which they do a very good job of! I’ve also had the pleasure of Jo doing my hair as well. All 3 of them are great at what they do and make me feel as comfortable as possible when I’m there. I look forward to getting my hair done every 6 or so weeks as it is honestly like going to a day spa for me. I’ve also had my makeup done for multiple events here and Natalie never seems to disappoint me!

Natalie and the team are the best! They are so professional, knowledgeable, and talented. I came to them with hair that had been over-bleached, breaking and falling out. They brought my hair back to life and now it’s healthier than ever. The Myst team also did hair and makeup for my wedding - so gorgeous and the whole process was absolutely stress-free. They also keep notes on everything so I don’t have to remember products or colour combinations for next time.

It was my first time at this salon. I had an overall excellent experience, and all staffs were super welcoming. My service, hair toning was done by Natalie and she explained every detail very well so that i could achieve my goal hair colour. Never met a hairdresser that is as honest and explanatory in super friendly ways. Definitely wish i found her earlier! The hair wash sink is also super comfortable with even massage chairs so it feels like a luxurious experience. I would definitely go back regularly.

Its an 11/10 from me!! I always look forward to my appointments at Myst Hair and Beauty (but who wouldn't when there are massage chairs at the basin)! I have been a client of Natalie's for around 6 years now. Both her and her staff are extremely friendly and very professional. The salon is beautifully styled and always perfectly clean. Natalie is one of the most thorough and precise hairdressers I have ever had care for my hair. Nat is also a very talented makeup artist. I was lucky enough to book Natalie as my hair stylist and makeup artist for my wedding. I cannot recommend the team and Myst

Had a wonderful time yesterday getting my hair done with Nat and Sammy. They are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy the whole experience. They offer multiple coffee/teas and even have heated massage chairs while washing your hair. They take time to explain their products and why certain ones work better for an individual. Thanks Nat and team-you girls are amazing!!!

I had the best experience yesterday with Jo getting my balayage done. She was so kind and easy to talk to and kept up the conversation the whole time I was there. She talked me through the whole process and made sure I knew what she was doing with each step. I’ve previously had bad experiences with getting my hair done but I’ve now found my new favourite salon and stylist, thankyou so much for my hair i love it! 💗
