Services
Mount Macedon Winery Restaurant and Cellar Door is open for lunch Thursday to Sunday from 11:30am until 4:30pm and dinner Friday and Saturday from 5.30pm. The MMW restaurant is all about bringing people together while celebrating the regions seasonal produce and connecting with the local farmers who make it all possible.
The MMW vineyard itself is such an interesting site at nearly 700masl and growing in volcanic soil, which adds welcome earthy complexity to profile of our wines. Our vineyard stretches across just over 6 acres of the property from which we produce 3 different varieties: chardonnay, pinot noir and sparkling.

MMW was the most perfect venue for our summer cocktail wedding. The ceremony and surroundings were absolutely beautiful and our guests loved the relaxed feeling of catching up with people on the deck area. The team was so incredibly helpful and assisted us every step of the way with postponements and restrictions. We loved the flexibility of how we could style the space including having an outdoor dancefloor. I can't recommend MMW enough!

We managed to get a table at short notice in the cellar door. Wine was outstanding. Menu was very good and lots of delicious options including pizza and platters. Service was a bit off and they mucked up our order / it was very delayed coming out but they made up for it.
Child friendly and we had to keep our dog outside which was fine but confusing as no outside tables as we had read it was pet friendly but isnt exactly.

A wonderful lunch at this beautiful winery. There is an option of two or three courses. I went for main and dessert and my husband has entree and main. The steak and roasted beet side was superb. The kingfish ceviche was also amazing. We had an estate Chardonnay that was elegant with citrus notes. Then a lovely spicy, Shiraz. A cheese platter and coffee followed. Service was faultless and the views are wonderful.

We recently had the most beautiful wedding at MMW. It was made so stress free from all the help from the the amazing staff, everything was perfect! The grounds, the food, the staff. Absolutly stunning venue.

We had a late booking lunch booking and the restaurant was very accommodating. We had a 3 course meal which was very well prepared. Entree: pork with crackling - was both juicy and crispy. Kingfish was also very good. Mains: duck was done just right and the steak was juicy and yet crispy in the outside.Dessert: tart and pistachio ice cream had a mixture of flavours that went very well together. Service was excellent. We had a walk in the surrounding grounds with sheep.
