Ross Engineers is a multidisciplinary consultancy of structural engineers whose uniquely talented team members are motivated and passionate about providing innovative solutions in structural design. Continually seeking the best balance between form and function, sustainability and constructability, our team of engineers work intelligently to bridge the gap between architect, engineer and builder.
We provide design, analysis and certification for unique and special structures that require engineering creativity to realise the vision of the designer. These structures can sometimes transcend the boundaries between disciplines, often requiring unconventional analysis rather than an out of the box solution.
A dilapidation inspection involves a site visit and detailed photography (internal and external) of the current condition of an asset or structure that could be impacted due to construction works. In the event damage is caused to a neighboring property or structure, all parties involved have a record (proof via photography) of the condition of the property/structure prior to the commencement of construction works.
We are a team of professional and passionate engineers, striving to deliver the best results to YOU. We have over 30yrs of engineering expertise with a background in the building industry. We have completed over 7000 projects throughout NSW.and counting. We use state of the art structural finite analysis software and Advanced 3D modelling.

I recently asked John at Ross Engineers to draw up a written specification to increase the load bearing capacity of an internal wall.He did so in a very timely and efficient manner providing a detailed specification which addressed all of the requirements of engineering regulations. Pam very efficiently liaised between us to arrange the sight inspection. A small job done quickly and at a very reasonable cost.

I can only say that issues relating to my property in Glebe have been handled with professionalism and skill and as a non-engineer, I was impressed by the thoroughness of their building report, and the detail contained in that report. Requests for further documentation to be provided to Sydney City Council were attended to promptly, in fact overnight, and this has been of great assistance to me at this time. The entire experience has been very positive.
