I looked Stephens Cleaning up on Google and having read a number of the reviews and was satisfied that I was making the right choice for a bond clean. Alan the proprietor is very personable and I found nothing was too much trouble, his communication is excellent. He did a fantastic job and exceeded my my expectation at a very reasonable rate.

Alan was very accommodating, making our requested day work even though he doesn’t usually work on that day. He also came in early over the 2 days to ensure our clean was done in time for the real estate as it was quite a large property. He was friendly, professional and reliable and our very particular agent was happy with the result. We got all our bond back with no issues. Thanks Alan!

It was my first time having a cleaning service and after reading some reviews I chose Alan. i initially paid a deposit and told the company that my flat was two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen and secondly there were three rooms that needed carpet cleaning. However, on the very day of the cleaning, only one person came and he only looked around my house once before saying he couldn't clean it and then left.! Things were missed completey including floors, cupboards, toilets. Other things Identified by the realestate were said to be poor standard and needed to be redone. There was a very extensive list for cleaning and appeared that the bond clean wasnt even done. Walls needed spot cleaning but it was brought by realestate that none of the walls had been done. Alan's reply was he doesn't do walls- website states spot cleaning. Admittedly one small wall had more marks due to my son putting his feet on the wall I he bedroom doorway but the other walls were identified as not done. Vertical blinds were not

Alan from Stephens Bond Cleaning is amazing! Not only did he go above and beyond for my bond clean, but he was flexible and very accommodating when I had to change my dates around due to the removalist company cancelling on me.
