Glenelg Air were instructed to install via our builder when we extended and renovated our home.
When we signed off on the plans, the installation of the external units were planned to be installed on the alley (east) side of the house on the floor next to the originating house which had a double brick wall.
On the day of installation, GA decided there was insufficient room to install the units there which surprised us as it was on the existing house site which had always been there and wondered why the sudden change.
We had discussions and they wanted to install in the driveway side of the home

Our Daikin Ducted unit failed over Christmas so we booked a service call from the local dealer that originally installed it. After a full inspection his recommended advice was to replace the unit as it has been on the roof in the weather for 20 years and E/mailed us a detailed quote. After discussion with our network of friends I approached Glenelg Air with our first quote in hand [with the price removed]. We found Ross Daly very approachable and after 10 questions he felt the unit on the quote was the right choice for us and gave his price for the installation His price was over $1000-00 LESS
